How much does lawn mowing cost?

Weekly lawn mowing typically costs $45 per visit for a small lawn, $60 per visit for a medium lawn, and $75 per visit for a large lawn.

Our typical lawn-size and pricing ranges are:

• Small lawn: $45 per mowing for approximately 1,000–10,000 square feet
• Medium lawn: $60 per mowing for approximately 10,000–25,000 square feet
• Large lawn: $75 per mowing for approximately 25,000–40,000 square feet

The final price depends on the lawn’s size, layout, terrain, obstacles, gates, and current condition. Extra-large properties and lawns requiring additional time are priced individually. Request an estimate to receive an exact price for your property.

How often do you mow?

Our most common mowing schedule is done weekly starting early to mid April and ending around the middle of October

When will my lawn be mowed?

Your lawn will be scheduled for the particular day of the week that we service the area that you are located in. An exact day can’t be specified until we have your address. We work very hard to keep our prices down by being as efficient as possible, for this reason we will not break up a route, or make a special trip into a different route than is scheduled for that day.

What happens if it rains or there is a long dry period?

If weather stops our crews from being able to mow on your regularly scheduled day, we will begin working through the normal list as soon as possible.

As the summer heat dries everything out, lawns without irrigation will inevitably begin to slow down. When this happens we will continue to mow until it is possible to skip the next week.

For non irrigated lawns there is usually a couple of weeks during the middle of the summer that the lawn will not need mowing.

What is included in "weekly mowing"

All mowing jobs consist of the following

Trimming around all objects in the lawn and along roads, driveways and sidewalks.
Mowing of the entire lawn.
Blowing off all hard surfaces and blowing of grass left on the lawn when necessary.

Do you offer bi-weekly mowing?

Yes, we do offer bi-weekly mowing. Please keep in mind, bi-weekly mowing means the grass is typically longer and thicker. This is harder on equipment and will take more time. Therefor all bi-weekly mowing will be 1.5 times the normal cost of mowing.
